Financial Aid and Scholarships

Westminster is proud to make a private, liberal arts education as accessible as it is valuable. How to Transfer

Transferring to the right school should be easy. You've worked hard to get where you are and we want to help you take on your next chapter with confidence.

Applying to Westminster

When you apply, you'll need to send in all of your official transcripts from previous institutions.

There is no application deadline for transfer students. However, to get the classes you want and to have a financial aid package put together, you should apply at least two months before the start of the semester you want to enroll in.

Transfer Credits

Generally, a maximum of 72 semester hours of credit completed with a grade of C- or better from two-year, regionally accredited schools can be accepted for academic course work. A maximum of 88 credit hours transferred from all collegiate institutions (two-year and four-year regionally accredited schools) attended may be applied toward meeting the total number of hours required for graduation.

Once you have completed an application to the college and have been accepted, you'll receive a course-by-course breakdown of which credits will transfer.

Schedule an appointment to meet one-on-one with a dedicated admissions counselor to talk about your application, transfer credits, and financial aid.
