Student Account Services is offering in-person services by appointment only. Most business can be conducted online or over the phone at 801.832.2120. Email the office (studentaccounts@westminstercollege.edu) if you have questions, need assistance, or would like to set an in-person appointment.

Services

The Student Account Services office prepares and distributes billing statements for tuition, fees, room, board, and other related charges. The office can assist you with:

  • Making payments
  • Setting up a payment plan
  • Receiving a refund
  • Finding your tuition account balance
  • General information

Tuition Payments and Payment Plans

Tuition is due on August 1 unless payment arrangements have been made.

Payment plans are available at the time of registration. If you did not sign up for a payment plan at the time of registration and would like one, contact Student Account Services.

If no payment is received and no payment arrangements have been made with the Student Account Services office by the first day of the given semester, you may be subject to finance charges, collection efforts, and additional collection fees.
