Housing application, forms, and $200.00 room reservation and damage deposit can be submitted online. Please note that $50.00 room reservation fee is non-refundable and incomplete or altered forms will not be accepted.

You will need the following items to complete your application

  1. Westminster College Admittance Letter with username and password
  2. Immunization Records
  3. Credit Card to pay $200 Housing Deposit

Exemption Forms

If you feel you have a reason to not live on campus (living with family, financial, martial status, etc.) for your first and/or second year, please print the appropriate form below, complete it and send it to the Office of Residence Life. Please provide a letter of explanation describing why living off-campus will make you a more successful student and provide supporting documentation for your selected reasoning.
