Applying to Westminster
Applications for Spring, Summer, and Fall 2021 will be available beginning Aug. 1, 2020. When you apply, you'll need to send in all of your official transcripts from previous institutions.
There is no application deadline for transfer students. However, to get the
classes you want and to have a financial aid package put together, you should apply at least 2 months before the start of the
semester you want to enroll in.
Generally, a maximum of 72 semester hours of credit completed with a grade of C- or
better from 2-year, regionally accredited schools can be accepted for academic course work. A
maximum of 88 credit hours transferred from all collegiate institutions
(2-year and 4-year regionally accredited schools) attended may be applied toward meeting the
total number of hours required for graduation.
Once you have completed an application to the college and have been
accepted, you'll receive a course-by-course breakdown of which credits will transfer.
Schedule an appointment to meet one-on-one with a dedicated
admissions counselor to talk about your application, transfer credits,
and financial aid.
