Jackie Sorensen Dance Aerobics
Jackie Sorensen Dance Aerobics classes combine stretching, core work, weight training, and aerobic exercise. All routines are carefully choreographed and fit the mood of the music. The cost of the class is $200.
Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:20 – 6:20 p.m., Jan. 6–May 27 (no class on Jan. 20 and May 25).
Jackie Sorensen Step Aerobics
Jackie Sorensen Step Aerobics classes begins with a light cardiovascular routine. Without stopping, you will move on to vertifirm exercises which give you a complete workout that strengthens and firms your upper and lower body (use of hand weights is optional during this segment of class). Then, you will continue with core work (abdominal exercises and pushups). Next, the cardiovascular segment of the class shapes up your heart and gives you more energy. You will finish the class with a cool down to lower your heart rate and leave you feeling great about all you've accomplished in 1 hour. The cost of the class is $110.
