1. Pay your Deposit

Pay your $250 deposit to the Admissions Office so we can secure your place in the class. You will not be able to register for classes until the non-refundable deposit is received. Tuition deposits are due by May 1, the National Reply Date.

2. Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Apply for financial aid online at fafsa.gov. Our priority deadline is March 1. Contact our Financial Aid Office at 801.832.2500 for assistance or questions.

3. Register for Housing

Make sure to secure your spot in one of our residence halls early, as campus housing is in high demand. Housing applications are available beginning December 1, with a priority deadline of May 15.

Get Your Books

The bookstore is open Monday–Tuesday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm; and Saturday, 10:00 am–2:00 pm.

Get Your Parking Pass

Purchase your parking pass online.

Get your Student ID Card

Visit the Health, Wellness, and Athletic Center during operating hours.

Activate Your Student Food Card

You'll use your student ID card for your meal plan. Visit the food services office located in the Shaw Student Center.

Take a Campus Tour

New students are welcome to schedule a tour with the Admissions office in Converse Hall.

Attend Transfer Student Orientation

Transfer Student Orientation is a one-day program that provides the foundation of what it means to be a Westminster student. You will have the opportunity to connect with campus partners and other transfer students..
